Erm it’s true. Where’ve you been?

The 2012-13 does not count because all those contracts were given out under the previous regime, we were merely enjoying the last of those players.

- Introduction of fixed terms where you can only serve as a Director for 5 years
- There must be at least one directly elected fan on the board
etc

A straight vote of no confidence would be like the Brexit vote, vote to leave with no idea of what happens next ensuring chaos takes over.

As mentioned above i have already tabled a motion to propose change and add greater democracy to proceedings, unfortunately the WST board spoke against it and the membership did not proceed with it. I do however want to see change and would support motions to do this
yes you are right Haruki. I would support a motion of this nature.

This team is not good enough to be promoted, ergo there is no baby.

What has detached some fans from the club is a lack of identity

This will be driven by the manager / coach and at the minute is simply not there

By this i mean either being an attacking football or aggressive team to suit the league

As it stands we are a team of small players neither quick or skillful with a ponderous boring style of football.

If the new group of players next year know from day 1 what is the teams identity then it will engage the fans current fed up with the dross that has been served up to record breaking attendances ( many of whom now treat match days as a booze fuelled social day out as the team have become so dull ).

The playing side has a identity, has done through 3 managers and counting.

It doesn't work and no bugger likes it, but the identity is there.
