- Membership directly elect the board members
- WST board propose the board members and membership approve the decision ( i already put forward that motion two years ago)

A straight vote of no confidence would be like the Brexit vote, vote to leave with no idea of what happens next ensuring chaos takes over.

As mentioned above i have already tabled a motion to propose change and add greater democracy to proceedings, unfortunately the WST board spoke against it and the membership did not proceed with it. I do however want to see change and would support motions to do this

If the new group of players next year know from day 1 what is the teams identity then it will engage the fans current fed up with the dross that has been served up to record breaking attendances ( many of whom now treat match days as a booze fuelled social day out as the team have become so dull ).

The playing side has a identity, has done through 3 managers and counting.

It doesn't work and no bugger likes it, but the identity is there.
