Seems the trend from other threads is he is out of his depth and not a motivator. Fact is he has a long contract and if we sack him it may affect our playing budget next season so what do we do?

My view is we keep him but get rid of Darlington and embrace the attacking instincts Hughes looked to go with when he first joined which the squad he inherited just couldn't cope with.

Bit early to be getting rid BUT I am certainly not sold no him. I dont think sacking him will be a big deal, I am sure I heard you only have to pay him up until the end of his current year (although I could be wrong.) He cant be on mega bucks either surely.

I don't think Hughes is the Prince that was Promised to lead us through the long night but if we do move him on our inept board will go and hire another rookie and expect them to perform the job of a seasoned pro.

If you look at the stats then the odds on a rookie getting promotion at his first job would be extremely low, this tactic is doomed to failure

In an ideal world, Yozzer should go. In reality, he will limp along through next season.

Its the people who gave BH the job who are the problem, what on earth were they thinking?
You can't just blame him, he's done ok I think without doing anything special, he's made mistakes of course but what do you expect from a rookie?

What went on in January killed us and we all know who is to blame. I bet the usual mob will be on here soon defending them.

I’m not sure about Hughes yet, but let’s see what he can do in building his own team and hopefully more attacking style of play, and as said we’ll know by Christmas.

Where’s that poster, who, a few months back, said that positive thinking from the fans would bring good results! I pissed myself then, I am almost drowning in it now!
