1. Ground sponsorship. 2. Shirt sponsorship. 3. Specific player sponsorship, with a return on any sale. 4. Investment in the whole playing squad, with a decent payment due if we get promoted or enjoy cup success. 5. The opportunity to develop parts of the ground if a deal for the freehold could be brokered, with shared profits on any commercial income separate from the income generated by the football club. 6. The opportunity to run and profit from the hospitality opportunities at the ground. 7. The use of the ground for business and social events ie concerts. I’m not saying any of the above would be a success or acceptable but there are business opportunities in all sorts of things. |

Re: Massive change needed.
I have said it many times before on here but i will say it again. Investors dont invest in assets. They invest in future revenues and future value of the business. A promotion or two would significantly increase our value on both of those counts and potentially make a very nice return for an investor

Re: Massive change needed.
Is it? What can you do with a 100 year lease?
You can’t build or change anything unless you get permission off the lease holder. Glyndŵr are unlikely to miss out on maximising any potential profits from any developments so, no good to the club. If someone bought a 51% share of the club, they could approach the Uni and for example build more flats or a hotel? Sorry, I just don’t see the value of the lease. |

Re: Massive change needed.
Not sure that the club needs a massive change. We finished fourth with the best home record I believe and a very good defence. We had our best support for many seasons. Clearly there is a problem with translating defence into attack. There is also the very real need for one or two players who can score goals. My personal hope is that we give one or two youngsters a chance. Tharme looks decent to me and maybe the tall lad Sergeant. If we can find a couple of midfielders, a decent winger with pace Tollit?, and a goalscorer we can build on this season. We will need a change of tactics. I was bored stiff watching at Bromley and I think most fans have found it hard going. Having said that as one fan rightly said one win against Orient and we could have been playing the last couple of matches for the title. That does not sound like massive change really. It would be nice to see more emphasis on youth players and to hear more about the youth teams.
