He didn't really get much of a chance here and has shown what he can do since. The only question marks over him are his recent injury record.

The rumour on the Macc forum is that he's likely to go to Port Vale with Askey.

That was the biggest brain fart in a long time, letting Vose go. Only Wrexham would allow their best player, top scorer, most creative player to leave when they didn't have to. The lame excuses were then rolled out on here as per usual.

To be fair, I still think we'd be in this position if Dom Vose hadn't gone when he did. He was not a player who I regret that left. We were going nowhere under Mills at that point.

I certainly don't remember him being hounded out.

No he wasn't hounded out, it was a massive surprise when he left.

Whatever way you look at it letting your top goal scorer who also has the most assists leave half way through a season when you didn't have to is pretty dumb.

Were we on the downward slope before he left then or were we still playing well?
Vose would have been better in a front 2 rather than this completely rigid 433 and then moan he didnt track back. Ah well.
