He’s never really excited me to be honest, Holroyd has scored 10-15 goals most seasons at this level and I class him as a similar footballer from what I’ve seen.

He is. Almost identical in terms of quality. The sort of player you would sign if the aim is to compete around the edge of the play off places.

Think he has more quality on the ball than Holroyd. Also I think he's more of a wide forward than a striker.
Thought he moved to Harrogate to be closer to Scunthorpe though?

Wide forward like Holroyd then, in my opinion he’s a very similar player to him and if he does sign he’s not one to excite me especially if we’re to rely on him to bomb us to promotion.

Agree that I wouldn't want to bank on him to lead the promotion charge but think he'd be a solid start. Like I said always seemed to have a bit more quality on the ball than Holroyd imo. His first touch doesn't usually end up half way up his torso for a start.

As Muldoon left-footed he'd give better balance to the side than Holroyd, and give more formation options.

He's not someone to lead the attack though.
