I can see that the knives are being sharpened for CD. but apart from the unsubstantiated rumours on here and the twisted perception of others, I don't buy into the thought that it's his ideas.
The manager calls the shots. Keates set the current pattern of play, Rickets brought in what he thought were more attacking players but didn't change a back line which was limited to Defence.
Midfield didn't work particularly well and left a big hole up to the forwards who were goal shy.
You basically get stuck in a rut of long ball crap and unless we get change throughout the team and introduce some skill and pace, it won't matter if a coach is here 1 day a week or 7 who ever the coach might be.
To add to the above, when Rickets was here Barrow organised and supervised most of the training sessions.

Nothing to do with a wage cap, the managers just decided not to pay to the going rate.

Very similar to when Darlo arrived, he was really bigged up by some on here claiming to be in the know, only for many others going OTT and claiming him as the supreme coach.

Now he is claimed to be the problem, despite our results on the pitch improving in each of the last 2 seasons and many jumping on the band wagon making him the scapegoat. How fickle football fans are.

CD and DK disagreed on 433 vs 442, so whilst Keates set us up defensively he could have changed the formation. Whilst I prefer one over the other they are both immaterial unless you recruit to the formation.
Either way a forward line needs pace and the midfield needs to be able to hold and pass the ball.

BH has to address this and as you say call the shots.

Though if I were to wake up tomorrow and find out we've replaced Darlington/Hughes with a Challinor, Flowers type manager, I would renew straight away.
Flowers! And people have moaned about our style of football.

Probably yes, so I can have a good moan every week

My gripe is, why do the club leave it too late to release season ticket prices
Most clubs release the following years details in March. Wrexham are so slow and annoying ffs
