Yeah I bet Chelsea fans hated winning the Champions League, multiple Premier Leagues, The Europa Cup and the FA Cup etc and I'm sure they'd rather go back to being a potless club that achieved nothing.

The City fans must too be aching to return to the days of always being in Man Utd's shadow, getting thumped in nearly every derby game with no chance of winning anything and not a hope of winning the league.

Where on earth do you get this drivel from?

Some outside investment would help but again, nothing significant or even interest is happening, so we are best to make the most of our current set up. We have made great strides off the pitch and contrary to a popular view on here results have improved and the squad is going in the right direction. If and when that changes tben that will be thetime to start looking at alternatives but in the meantime Wxm fans should continue to get behind the club and support the current model.
Perhaps because we have made no effort to initiate a process to gauge what the interest is.

I would say belief not blind faith.

In the last 40 years of private ownership we have suffered 4 relegations compared to 2 promotions. Yes we have some success on the way but every time we thought theclub was really kicking on, we received the news that the club was massively in debt and we shad to sell our better players.

It been frustrating in the NL but since the fans took over we have cleared the debt and should now see the benefit of stability that will bring.

They want to be part of a success story but couldnt be seen with FCUM.
Keeps their profiles in the football news.

What money does it really cost them as they have the money man.
I dont like all the instant self gratification but hey they are superstars and they get egos.

As Wxm fans we hate the money and investment as we think support should win the day. The world has changed and we need to.

We have these egos at the club but they have no money, no ideas and no plans.
They need someone with direction and leadership as we sure as hell dont have it now.

Great post Pagl in total agreement, this club and it's fans need to move into the 21st century if we tried to improve our situation instead of a board that basks in the adulation of failure... A bit like a smaller version of Liverpool... Next seasons going to be our season and it never is.

Unbelievably negative attitude by Dave and us who are annoyed with the telflon board get called negative. It's those with heads buried in the sand with rose coloured glasses who are negative, scared of change and the past... No ambition whatsoever.

I've never read so much bollocks on here in a long time as his post Phil.

That debt was cleared in 2013 so its taking a while.
The last three seasons have been anything but stable. Constantly changing managers and signing countless loan players every season who never play. One Play off place in what 6 years. Hardly making waves are we.

Out of his arse I think.

I’m sure City fans preferred seeing Kevin Horlock instead of David Silva and Paul Dickov up front instead of Aguero.
