Not what i was told, as a member of the National League and our finishing position we were eligible to be one of the clubs "invited" to join this seasons competition, as the NL have agreed to participate, then the "Invite" is non negotiable, we MUST enter

Not a surprise and I think a lot of posters are being very over dramatic about our participation in this. Itll be interesting to play different teams and will give fringe players chance of much needed competitive game time. Cant see why the same posters bemoaning no reserve team are unhappy about our participation in this.

Suppose it depends on how many Saturday games we want to re-arrange.
I'd rather drop out of this non event which would cost the club and supporters money and maintain some continuity of Saturday fixtures rather than have to re schedule a Saturday at Eastleigh,Torquay etc for a Tuesday night.
We'd lose even more money if it was a home game, say, against Stockport.
