Imagine Bobby Grant with 15goals by Christmas, I think I'm the only one.

We will be really struggling if Grant is even allowed enough playing time to score 10 goals in a season.

Allowing Grant and Rutherford to be on the pitch at the same time should be made a criminal offence but we know it is going to be a regular occurrence. We need pace and power not plodders.

Having these two on the books will seriously limit our options of improving the number of goals scored and it will be Groundhog Day again.

Grant is a falling knife that we should not have attempted to catch.

Personally I thought his whole performance against Eastleigh was decent and gives us some hope. That said, if he hadn't been awarded a ridiculous contract option then we you want to resign him as a free agent? For the record I would be 50/50 as there is clearly a footballer in there.

Even against Halifax he was only one prepared to shoot granted they all cleared the stand but he at least attempted a shot

10 goals would make him top scorer I’d this season is anything to go by.
