Last season was my 50th, don't remember a lot from those first few seasons.

Bands playing before games, a flying display by wire controlled model aeroplanes.
Big crowds, Eddy may, Smallman etc
Port Vale fans !!!

Some great games since then and even the odd great season.

Non league for 12 seasons is a shocker but the gates we are still getting are a testament to the fan base.

59 years and counting...lived in Essex at the time and went to see Southend vs. Wrexham at Roots Hall. Remember it, as we had to stand down at the front and had to look over a wall that separated us from the pitch. Think we drew but can't really remember. Hooked ever since, no matter where we are.
