Don't know about stats...But if it's promotion you're interested in, it feels a bit like the carrot in front of the Donkey....
I'm beginning to think the Board are content to keep it dangling there to keep attendance's up.....
And judging by there January decisions, don't really want to take that leap of faith (Spend some extra money)..and really go for it....

PS..I know this is football, and things can still go wrong..But hell..we need to get out of this League...

The board were backing the manager with funds. The players club wouldn't play ball.

Wouldn’t they have been better off backing a manager who wanted to be here, though?

Don't you mean the manager who didn't really want the job that left the next month. Great strategy from the club there :toilet:
1 win against the automatically promoted champions would have been enough for us to win the league. If that counts as completely garbage then unless you support Man City you're going to be disappointed most years, you should take up knitting maybe?
How is knitting like watching man city?

Quay Red you seem like one of the 'in the know' supporters. If you are , why?

The key issue is they knew in advance yet still allowed it to happen.
They then hid it from WST board.

Power freaks.
