Personally don't think I'd have appointed him after that quote but can see how it looked the easy option for continuity after failing to get Lawrence.

Another disaster. Chasing another unnecessary huge risk manager in Dennis Lawrence. Trying to appoint managers based solely on sentiment is now the plan it seems.

I have heard from two different sources that our wage offer was around 25% what he gets from T&T
