they were the only people on the table, they were local, Dickens helped us out then didn't want to stay involved, with the amount of vitriol directed towards anyone in charge who can blame him, Moss had his head turned with bad advice from saunders and then pound signs from Roberts, thankfully we got out of it eventually but lost the ground and colliers into Roberts/moss retirement fund

Dickens helped us out! The worst remark I have ever seen on this fliping board.Dickens left because he made his money and did not need to be involved and still people like you buy a car off him.Am I right??

Yeah, that was definitely the fans fault. Its always the fans fault.

Alan will call this post negative even if it's your perogative to express your opinion, it has to be all sunny and lovely in the Wrexham non league garden.

But on the plus side, Lainton has re-signed. We can’t be that much of a basket case. I wonder what Bury and Macc players would prefer? Promotion/survival or having their wages paid on time.

Tricky one. We would have both if we were back in the league.

Yes about Lainton as I and many others said on the thread great news he re-signed that's nothing to do with my point and at no time have i ever called the club a basket case.

I will make a point about the so called progress since Mills left 2.5 seasons yes points and position increase in those seasons... But it's conveniently missed that mistakes by the board especially this last 2 seasons may well have cost us promotion of course we can't know if it has but they did handicap our chances.

Also progress much as it pains me to say this Newport or Tranmere will show us what progress is on Saturday as have Lincoln.

Whichever way you look at it we have not progressed because we are still the longest team in the National North.
