You're completely wrong with your view on the importance of training facilities. Whilst money is largely the driving factor, modern professional footballers are pampered individuals and very keen on the standard of facilities on offer.

One of the main selling points for clubs is their facilities when they show potential new players around, there's not a club in the country with adequate facilities that doesn't do so. I work at a couple of premier league clubs training facilites occasionally and the importance placed on this surprised me, granted at premier league level it's a little different to the national league!!!

Sadly, we have nothing to show.

He was ok as a back up, but also an untidy playerfor a defender . And Very overrated at full back

Looked decent at centre back and if manny is still injured next year then we will be looking a bit thin if lawler or Pearson is injured. Not sure Tharme will be good enough from the little bits I have seen, but time is on his side. A loan move to the Welsh prem would probably do him good.

If we play 3 at the back I’d like Tharme to be one of the 3 and learn from Pearson. He looks a great prospect.

I agree with most on here, I liked him and would have liked to see him stay on for one more season but we have plenty of cover.
Out of the CB's he had more versatility than some as he could cover RB and I felt he could have done a job in the role vacated by Walker. Hopefully we can now go out and get a specialist in that position rather than a square peg in a round hole that Kennedy would have been had we tried him there.

Have to disagree with that. He is good enough now in my view and no reason why he should not be given a run.

Kennedy was good but likely to be third choice at best.
