Well i would think that if you offer someone a lesser contract to stay and have no revised offer if they refuse it , that BH didn't rate him so highly , maybe Manny better than thought , a pity i suppose as you've seen him play but can't tell me he really wanted Kennedy to stay on .

I believe he has accepted an offer from another club 6-8 weeks ago

Solihull Moors - I saw both home & away matches.

And what were the final league standings and who got closest to promotion despite having a ramshackle ground and miniscule home attendances ?
Why do we continually season after season underperform as a big fish in this league ?

Because there is a wage cap and refuse to pay the going rate for proper forwards/midfielders. We’re quite happy plodding on with the likes of Akil Wright and Rutherford.

Agree - Kennedy was a class above and we don't do enough to hold onto the better quality players who combined would be better suited to getting us out of this league. We also need players with a goal threat - he fitted the bill in that aspect - yet we persevere with the steady Eddie's such as Rutherford & Carrington.

You say we need a midfield general and a striker - of that there is no doubt.
But above all else we need a certain type of player with leadership qualities.
Without the massive impact of leadership that Pearson brings to the team we become very limited - I actually think Pearson's leadership qualities and organisation are far superior to his footballing ability - similar to Mcnulty at Tranmere Rovers who incidentally I believe is about to be released.

Let's no forget Solihulls wages are artificially inflated.

Cant blame him for a league club. Good luck to him and thanks.
Opportunity now for a new Tilt from somewhere

Be surprised if Lainton doesnt end up at league club either.
Would give JJ and Summerfield deadlines now and fk them off if they dont sign.
Show some balls.

We are assessing Summerfield after his injury and JJ's had a sudden family bereavement so is being given more time.
