Re: Jussi
I’ve gotten to know jussi quite well as he calls for breakfast at least 2/3 times a week. Lovely chap who told me he’s known Lainton from about 14 years of age and it was his advice to go for him last summer to the snake.
Always gotten the impression he enjoys it here but he was rather unimpressed with the training set up. Was moaning he couldn’t do much with the keepers on nine acre when the ground wasn’t up to scratch. Hope he stays as he would be a big loss IMO |

Jussi looks a strong character; just the type we need to get out of this hell-hole.

Re: Jussi
I wouldn't be surprised if Jussi goes to see Michael Ingham come in as goalkeeper coach, big mates with Yozzer and also works as a Gk coach at i2i academy where Yozzer was. Still playing regular for Tadcaster Albion so could be a registered 3rd choice keeper too.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-...wales-43962678 https://www.leaderlive.co.uk/news/16...national-team/ FAW chief executive Jonathan Ford said: "I remember thinking what a great local facility it was even back when Dean Saunders was the manager of Wrexham and we are delighted to play a part in developing this great facility. "It is needed, because the reality is we can't draw players and people away from North Wales and Wrexham to travel to South Wales, and we must not forget this is an important area for Welsh football. "Even when the Racecourse Ground was used for a national team training session this summer, you could see the appetite in the size of the crowd that was there." The new National Football Development Centre at Colliers Park, opening in May 2019, will complement the FAW’s existing facility at Dragon Park, Newport. The centre will further benefit Welsh football nationally and locally by delivering accessible and high class training facilities for talented young players and the wider football workforce in North Wales. A pure piss take and a no brainer for us to put pressure on the gimps. My first letter will be sent today to a few media outlets.

Re: Jussi
What training ground are the club using this summer and next season? Still the 9 acres I take it?
If a current coach criticises the set up then that tells you everything, its not good enough and something needs to be done about it now, not waiting for those useless, spineless cretins at the council to get their act together. An old school field with no facilities was never going to cut it. |
