Default Jussi

Any news on if he’s staying next season ? He’d be a huge loss.
I would’ve actually liked him to be given the managers job before BH.

Unsung hero behind Lainton’s success it seems. Would like to see him stay around

Wasn't he waiting for his house to sell, hence why he wanted to stay on non contract terms?

Be nice if he's here next season.

And if he leaves expect the bus from Walsall to drop off Michael Oakes with his 'assistant' & bag carrier Andy Davies.

JJ looks a class above - even in the pre match keeper warm ups - years of playing at a high level eventually rubs off and makes a difference - always got the impression he was enjoying his time here - hope he stays.

Rob Lainton mentions 'the goalkeeping set up we have at the club' in one of his reasons for re-signing, so I would imagine Jussi will be staying unless his personal circumstances change

I would be pleased to see Oakes back. Mayebi, Maxwell and Danny Ward all developed under him .

You can attach or remove significance to coaching as you see fit. I recall under Morrell, people thought Billy Barr was the brains behind the operation...until he had a go.

Similarly, people were made up when Darlington agreed to coach us with his FAW commitments. Now supporters, who have very little understanding and knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes, are blaming him for all our ills on the pitch despite our best points haul for a good number of years.

If Lainton and Dibble are happy with Jussi re-signing then so am I.
