I guess it depends on the depths of the owners pockets and their continued interest. Whilst we all express concerns over these clubs I am surprised you dont understand why they get babkrolled. Ego, its the owners ego and they want to take a club into the league. See FGR as a great example.

At the time Casson Snr. stepped down he put a statement out, but buggered if I can find it now. Basically it said that he'd ploughed millions into Barrow with only a Manchester training ground to show for it, so funding would be scaled back and recruitment would switch toward developing more local talent.

The fact that they got Scott Quigley on a 3 year contract says to me lower wages and greater job security.

Their crowds will always mean some investment is needed just to maintain their position in the NL, but whether they fall into the 'bankrolled' category like Fylde is questionable.
