Re: Season Tickets
Wrexham AFC can confirm there is a slight delay in launching 2019-20 season tickets for supporters to purchase.
We are always looking for ways of making things better and we are working with ticketing partners to improve the service we provide to our season ticket holders. This has taken slightly longer than expected and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to be in a position to launch season tickets very soon. We will release the details on the club website and social media channels as soon as possible. The above was the message released on 17th May by the club. |

To think we have 12 months to sort this, pre test if necessary (obviously is) and get it rolling early. Fact. When we played away at Halifax they were already selling their ST's. Everyday on Dee 106.3 radio Chester are advertising their's and have been for a number of weeks. The longer window available to sell them surely means the more chance of increased sales. But it also spreads the pressure for both fans but importantly the club shop staff. The early bird opportunity is decreasing by the day. And normally, each season the new ST's arrive in the post with barely days to spare prior to the first league match. Sorry to say there are a number of issues that grate me with this club - but this one mirrors the decision making in other matters. Get ready for the response by some of patience and it doesn't really matter. Why should we invest in this club, ploughing money every year into buying ST's and WST membership ? The idea of ST's to me is two fold - firstly to bring money into the club whilst the turnstiles are not clicking balanced against the opportunity for fans to sort their purchases out at a reduced rate by stumping finances up in one payment - neither of which are currently happening. |

Either way, folk either want an ST or don't. Why is waiting another few weeks such a faff? Yes, the club won't have the cash coming in but, presumably, Liverpool will be paying money into the coffers for the Ward transfer. There are issues with how the club is being run or, possibly, how it is perceived to be being run. Again, there is a WST AGM coming up soon. Go and voice your opinions and demand meaningful answers.

Re: Season Tickets
As a comparison Tranmere Rovers have been selling ST's since prior to the last season being concluded.
Their 'best' early bird selling phase FINISHED on 7th May. When changing computerized systems would it not make sense to build in an extra time period to overcome potential problems in good time prior to their 'go live' required date ? Questions need answers - it simply is not good enough. |
