If it was at the Racecourse who would pay the ongoing running costs?
If it is in Wrexham Museum via a posh new extension that appears to be the plan, it seems that the council will get that bill. Can the council afford it would be another question to me, in light of various cuts and even a consideration to put such services into a trust to offload the costs. |

Joined up thinking doesn't exist at the Assembly or Guildhall. Land was recently up for sale next to the museum which would have afforded ample room for future museum extension \ car parking /rear access.
The land has be bought quite cheap by Cats Rescue and a civic ,indeed national opportunity has been missed. Where were the council? Where were the Assembly and dare I say where were the fans. |
