To me it is a faff to use paper forms, I rarely print anything now and don't even have a printer myself anymore.

The 'sell' on this to me at least is you are wanting someone to spend a beer/couple of coffees a month to help the club as well as possibly getting something back. The acceptable known 'catch' is it is setup to run onwards

If I had to print a form and fill it in with various details to spend four quid, I wouldnt.

Stripe payments or even Paypal can do reoccurring payments effectively forever and some kind of online option / dead simple form should be doable from the new provider.

It is 2019, people are lazier than ever, and the expectation for quick interactions is greater.

If the entry method is sorted right I think this could fly, and some decent social media promo it could be a quick thing to get a raft of fans onboard with.

Rob, I agree. Paper based is crazy.
I have asked about one that can be done on-line.
Do you have any technical knowledge of this?

Hopefully the Bolton end of the setup can provide one - or get one made as would help our / their clients long term as well.

The technical bits are dead easy in terms of nice looking forms and (say) stripe intergrations, but as is usual it is how that plugs into how things are setup in terms of existing business processes.

Even if the form could be emailed/txt to commercial they could print and sort with Lottery.

A form like that should be easy to cook up - however I don't think it has the convenience factor needed, kids these days dont faff about trying to find their bank address or sort codes, they want a quick form whack in card deets / apple pay / paypal and fire and forget.

Looking at hartlepool / bolton / southport it is perhaps something the provider doesnt do though.

At present people can print off the form and either send to Goldline in Bolton or drop off at Wrexham Football club shop and we will post off . We have scanned a few and e mailed to Bolton and most have gone through but one was rejected by the bank and we then sent the hard copy to them .Banks want signatures on the forms which stops the forms being done on line . We will continue to investigate but to print off and fill only takes a minute . We are also looking at more instant offers for match days using an app .
