WST - Club board Policy

I see that the Trust have released a document outlining the relationship between the Trust and the club boards

Seems a very poor document to me as it doesn't address the areas that caused the January fallout. Namely, what information is allowable for the club board to not share with the Trust board and what is the policy on board members found to be leaking confidential information

There should be some rules regarding withholding information from the 'owners' or fans.

Not allowing them to select which information to tell us and when to tell us to help protect their own positions on the board and using information as propaganda to in effect 'buy' support.

GOOD QUESTION.

The document is well-meaning but poorly written. Should be active not passive; use 'shall' instead of 'will' etc etc.

Like much that has transpired since the January fiasco, it alludes to much yet gives away nothing. Perhaps if we were given a brief summary of what happened between the two boards then we could assess how effective this policy is to address the problems?

Thats been arse covered by everyone.
The summary is basic but doesnt define a board structure or any actual roles.

I thought the roles were fairly widely known.
Individual Directors having responsibility for overseeing certain aspects of the Club.
Spencer is first point of contact for the manager and football matters.
John Mills looks after the IT.
Mark. All financial matters.
Phil Salmon. Ground maintenance and development.
Gavin - Legal stuff (I think)

The staff look after the day to day issues.
