To be fair to Stockton did he have a run in our side? I wasn't impressed with what I seen but for the few full games he played he wasn't that far behind our leading scorers and didn't he score more than Oswell with less game time?

Strikers need a run in a team not cameo 15 mins appearances off the bench.

He looked quite sharp in the game he got that late goal in?? Dont agree with the donkey calls ,because with the lack of exciting creation around any of our strikers , most are going to look ordinary !!
Lets have (fingers crossed ) someone who can be that outlet !!

Good point which is why I am still hoping Oswell comes good.

We have all heard the Oswell needs a hernia operation and it's never been confirmed by management, but surely if it's true he would of had the operation by now to get fit for next season.

I personally think it was used as an excuse for not playing him.

If he had needed this op why did Hughes play him against Harrogate in a pointless game In bad conditions?
