The pull of league football still outweighs NL.
We are obsessed with it and its our holy grail.

A player like Whitely would have been the difference between the title or not for me. Relieved he hasn’t gone to a rival.

Would be nice. Think Fylde would go into panic buying mode if a league club lured him away.

I think they will look for better at L1. Although Cook seemed to score a few at Walsall. I think a natural scorer will always score goals.
Salford was a good shout for Rowe though alongside Rooney.

For us it would seem we need to see if 3 out of the group can work together.
If were going with the 433 option.

Seems to me JJ plus Oswell/Fondop/Grant and then Mc/Harris to provide some width looks like the formation.

At first glance it looks more dangerous than last 2 seasons but as we all know if the midfield cant control the ball and game then we will have the same old grind.

If JJ plays on the left then Jennings will be exposed frequently.

Looking at Hooper's highlights he looks to be playing in a central position not on the left for Bromley. Hughes would be stupid moving him out of that position considering the amount of goals he scored.

Seems like a few options in a front 3. Hughes looking for pace, Forwards who can interchange positions and finishing.
Looks like we have a decent squad being built.
