Regarding Notts County I seen The Nottingham woman MP raise it in Parliament at PMQ a few weeks ago to the outgoing PM who put on a false answer of caring and more or less said it's up to the football authorities to help them.

The Nottingham MP seemed certain they were going into Liquidation and looked upset at the answer she received.

What is wrong is that none of these teams who seem to be in trouble has even had a hint of having to put up a bond. It does make you think there is\was an agenda against us.

Its a fair point.

Speaking to County fans there is massive support there and I just can't understand why they haven't gone for a fans takeover.

I think we have been very lucky to have had the right people at the right time at Wrexham, both for the initial 'fight' and subsequently for stabalising and then taking the club on. I know some will argue that we're still non-league,and hence no progress, but there have been a lot of changes that seem to have us in a much better place than we've been for a lot of years.

Not every club has had those people, and especially that undefinable Wrexham spirit that makes us fight against anything that we think is wrong. And when there's nothing wrong to fight against, we fight each other!

Football is rapidly changing - look at the league tables 20 years ago - now traditional clubs who have been members for decades are falling or dropping down the leagues to be replaced by the likes of Fleetwood, Forest Green Rovers and the like - with others in waiting.

Coventry City, Bolton Wanderers, now Bury are in massive trouble and Notts County have been heading for the trap doo for a number of seasons - eventually one is going to blow completely with no saviour - perhaps they already have when you think of Chester and Aldershot - tweak their name and come back as a Phoenix club.
