The last ‘statement signing’ we made was Pearson - where I though fair play that’s a statement of intent. And it worked out well.
I don’t understand why we can’t make more. We must have the money. I’m fed up of looking for ‘hidden gems’. It’s clearly not working.
Just spend some f’ing money and stop wasting it on punts and loans that don’t play.

Do a search on “Fylde FC tax returns” or one for Solihull Moors FC and it should bring up the link for Companies House.
It will list their full returns for the past few years with figures and details of loans etc.
I don’t fully understand these numbers but for example I read it that the Director of Fylde loaned the club £500,000 in 2017/18 for example.
Maybe someone can de code the numbers and give an accurate picture of what’s going on financially at these clubs.

Who for though?
It was Rowe and wasnt viable. It was just a token gesture. Jeez.

I can offer £10,000 for a Ferrari but its not going to buy it.

If we had bought Williams for £50k then that would have been a better statement.

We can’t compete with them, people shouldn’t act like we can.

Don’t give it the biggun with the 200k in January, we can’t compete with the richer clubs with hugely ambitious owners pumping money in.

People seriously need to listen to themselves if they think we’re gonna be putting in bids of 50k+ for players. If Fylde get a whiff, they won’t come here. They’ve got a clear project, what do we have?
