I'll be patient but the signs aren't good and we've all been here many times before. We need proven players to come into this side, not punts that may or may not work out. The likes of Mckintosh I doubt are going to fire us to another level although I would be delighted to be wrong on that.

I have lost a few some because of money which proves we don't pay enough to compete.

Wrexham's fanbase and fading successful history (as in a lot of players won't remember us as a league club) does not pay the mortgage and put food on the table, we have to realise football is a very short career.

Expect the usual loans that never play.

It's this quote that made me compare him with Morrell.

"We are still looking and hopefully I will get one or two over the line this week which will near enough finish the squad off," said Hughes."

We are still looking (who's we) and HOPEFULLY - In otherwords once they read RP they will sign elsewhere like the other's he missed out on it's the fans fault always is.

Is anyone surprised we are being outbid though? We arenr big payers for reasons that may be frustrating but are pretty obvious.

Where I do feel BH may have gone wrong is retaining too many of last season's squad as if you're doing that any additions really do have to be 1st team ready and the 2 we have signed so far are promising but not proven

2 strong signings and we are back in business but 2 more McIntosh level and people will understandably be concerned

Rutherford
Fondop
Oswell

We'll have to hope Fondop, McIntosh and Oswell get the goals for us looking at that list.

Also that looks worse than last seasons options to me. As it stands we've gone backwards.
