Agreed. Ultra defensive , ranting on about how the Notts County situation shows that fans ownership is the only way and he started the evening off by making a not funny joke about how “meet the manager evenings” come around so quickly - actually in the circumstances not funny at all.

Like the other great warriors of the Toss and Robber wars, time has passed him by.

Not sure what clique you are on about but I ain't no member. Only in the trust to get a cheaper season ticket tbh. As to the candidates they seem to be ordinary fans who want to represent or help the club. If you don't like what they say don't vote for them.

Having the club at heart is setting the bar really low. We have, and need fans with the skills and experience to take the club forward.

The reality is that it should be about setting strategies, plans and actions.

However What is anyone expecting?
All that will occur is a monthly meeting where numbers are discussed and the odd few quizzes and raffles.

There will be nothing to grow the club the WST board just watches the events.

Likewise on the club side the usual suspects will perform match day duties and leave the team side alone. Will the training ground be improved?

That rant sent alarm bells off for me. That statement, on top of one or two tits bits you pick up here and there is enough for me. I thank him for his efforts but hope to god he doesn't get in.

Next time put your name forward with your ideas and if I like them I will vote for you. I am being serious there.

You can only vote (or not vote) for what is on offer.
