2 fond memories of McNulty:
Hayden Jackson's shoulder drop and swerve leaving him sat on his fat rump and the Beast's shoulder charge bowling him over.

A solid very dependable professional who will do a good job for someone.

Although we have the centre back position covered better than any other position - other than Pearson we simply don't have leaders and communicators - Mcnulty fits that bill but has probably become available a year too late. Time for Tharme to step up to the plate - the best prospect we have had for some time but to progress his development he must be given game time.
That’s pretty much where I was coming from when I started the post. We do need more talkers on the pitch and people who can organise, can’t always leave it to Pearson. Tharme is a prospect but the Conference is a tough place to learn your trade but he does need to be blooded eventually, but from history sides going up tend to have experienced lads who know the division. Just thought I’d throw it out there if we went to a back 3 he’d make a good sweeper or only until January.

Southport bound is the rumour - although a higher placed club in the league standings would surely take a punt on a 12 month contract - perhaps location is important.
Came on as sub for TRFC in the play off final at Wembley v Newport - a nice way to finish playing career with them.

Well I think we should try and get him. We do have good center backs, so I’d like to think we would go to 3 at the back and play to our strength.

The problem is if Manny gets fit he would be 4th choice and blocking young Doug some experience.
