Maybe we’re having under soil heating and top notch draining, in reality we’ll spend 250k then in the winter end up in Carden Park again or beg Druids to let us use their pitch.

It’s a drop in the ocean too what is really needed, that 250 would be better placed on players to get promotion then do the training ground on land we actually own.

Why not use the 250k to buy a plot of land outside town eg the industrial estate and eventually build proper facilities on it if we can’t come to an agreement on Colliers.

I wonder if the Welsh fa were open to us using collliers how much they would charge us? I doubt anyone from the FA has been asked..... they might do us over.....
