People moan that we have a crap training ground, club invests in new facilities, we're wasting money. Seriously can't win sometimes.
£850k won't get us far.....

I hope the club aren't basing their anticipated expenditure on a suitable training ground on that number when taking into account build costs, design team fees, utility connections, contingency etc...

Colliers cost that, 22 years ago!

DOUBLE IT, EASILY.

Has the council given permission for anything to happen with the Groves site yet? I know there the option to use it for educational purposes but with it having listed status is they something that might come to bite us in the arse a few years down the line?

Surely that will depend on whether we LEARN to play football.

Glyndwr Uni are hoping to build houses on the playing field in Dean Road. The Council own part of the land and it has been said WCBC could give this land to the Uni for free.
Could it be, that the Uni in exchange, give the back of the kop land to WCBC for free in exchange.?
This is just a thought, NOT FACT. We will have to watch this space.
