That's not acquiring a company or entering a mutual investment agreement then, we are in totally different realms and therefore different experiences. I'm talking acquisition and investment realm rather than mass acquisition of a part, product or service.

But yet they are and have been. You would have to be absolutely bonkers to agree to such a one sided NDA and roles reversed there's no way the WST would agree to it.

Plus what you have said about Bryn Law there, hinting that he can't be trusted is totally baseless and I would think about what you are posting here. If you don't think he has the best interests of the club he supports at heart then I have no idea where you have plucked that from.

The £50 k wouldn't even be an issue then.
It absolutely would be an issue.

Its a sign of bad faith.

In any acquisition negotiation the best place to start is mutual respect and understanding.

The best thing here is honesty, don't put up barriers, just come out and state this club is not for sale and we don't want investors. I would have much more respect for this position - its an honest one.

At the minute my guess is the board hold this very position, they don't want to sell, and they don't think they need or want an investor and I respect that position, what I don't respect is then pandering and putting a scheme in place that is obviously designed to fail and its intent is purely to pacify.

Be brave - just say its not something that will be considered.

If it is something they genuinely want to consider then do it properly, fairly and respectfully.

Cant help wonder whats in it for Bryn.....?

seems to be a hero for some wrexham fans because he was on TV??? does it make him a bigger fan than those not ??? NO

Very intrested that Bryn didnt get his way spat his dummy out and left his honoury position on WST??

Also very interested why Bryn is always aware of this mysterious consortium who want to invest and is now pushing an agenda to make it easier & cheaper in terms of risk to do do so??? has also been caught in other clubs press rooms openly touting the club is for sale????

might be genuine......but spidey senses tell me this could get tasty baby
