All I have to say is it’s pretty much what we already knew, this isn’t a fans owned club it’s an actual joke. It’s been set that high with all money too keep control and most of all to keep their involvement with the club, it’s outrageous that they can just walk away but nobody can mention any meeting whilst trying to purchase a club with no assess your 55k down just too speak.

Imagine having to stump up 55k just to talk to your bank manager but he says no not today it’s raining outside, and walked out. This isn’t legal advice it’s tightening the grip and the power trip for most.

This club has actually become the judeans people’s front or was it the people’s front of Judea .... either way “the membership” vote is absolutely fffing minimal compared with how many members the club claims so if a 2/3 majority is needed is that just on that day of votes as nothing would ever be passed as 2/3 have never voted overall.

This post is based on a misunderstanding.

You only have to pay £50k if you break the terms of the NDA.

You only have to pay £5k if the talks progress to due diligence.

Plans for platform 2 have now been drawn up.

We are hopeful one of our committee will view them on Monday and report back to our committee meeting that evening.

We cannot comment on them until we have seen them obviously, but would hope to get a statement out next week.

The Rules were designed by Supporters Direct. The trust adopted them and they are part of the constitution.

The design of the second disabled platform has taken far too long. The location is not the best but is an attempt to accommodate away fans as well as some home fans.
I did offer to help but the design work was already in progress.

Going back some time now.(Early new year I think) Spoke to Phil and offered my services if needed.
Was told that work had been in progress for some time and designs had been done but needed some alterations.
Also made a suggestion that the existing platform could be extended if some alterations to the access were made.

Got to realise that the club would require any design work to have some indemnity for insurance purposes. I couldn't provide that and structural work would have to be designed by others.

Well said T.S some our older generation learned to talk without factory floor language which was kept on the above, I think if we had so many rich fans one would bought the club years ago.

You could easily substitute Town with Area.
Some of us older ones did have what was then a slightly better chance with a Grammar school education, designed to help kids on the way to UNi's

A lot of my friends went to Secondary schools and were guided through to various companies apprentice schemes.
Both systems had their share of successes and failures.
Success was often a product of hard work and sometimes luck.(Right place- right time)

He is aware of game-changing outside investment and frustrated at the clique's unwillingness to open up to outsiders. Sadly he will lose this vote because on a tiny turnout a small pack of determined Nodding Dogs will protect their clique. But the club is only bad season from all this coming to the boil.

But he is one person. That means everyone else on the board disagreed with his stance. Bearing in mind we all want the same thing, success, if at least two other board members had joined him in leaving it would have given his views more validity. As it is, it’s just one guys opinion & just because he’s on the telly occasionally doesn’t mean he is any wiser than anyone else. I can’t comment on the fact the rest of the board are in cahoots.
