Lack of a proper midfield, lack of pace and placing the emphasis on defence and not conceding above trying to score goals will continue to haunt us - a revolving door of strikers wont make any difference - they will all fail until the other issues are addressed.

Slow sideway crabs like Carrington who rarely get over the half way line contribute a steady Eddie approach - but we need far more match winners and players who can contribute with goals - not enough do and especially from midfield.

I think all the new signings need to provide pace apart from DM.
RB needs to be attack minded. CF and winger need pace to supplement Oswell and Grant that dont. Not sure with Fondop.

That will be difficult as some fans rate them and some dont.
I think Fondop was ditched too early and poorly man managed.
Wright is not a CM and has to up his game, add Grant to that as well.
