Just bought my first season ticket in 20 years and my sons first ever.

I had a query with my membership so as per the website I contacted membership@wst.org.uk, 10 days ago but still not had a reply!!

I gave up and went into the shop today and they were helpful as always.

Surely the club should be manning an email address they are telling customers and potential customers to use??

A bit like them saying 1700 tickets sold in 18 days when it's really been 23.

We only post how many days of sales we have as the other days are irrelevant if you can’t purchase one in those days. A lot of clubs also do the same.
