Some Nodding Dog on Facebook is spinning a story that because Bryan Hughes in the Leader says he is still “assistant manager” , this means he is the “assistant manager”. In reality the story clears nothing up at all.

Eh? What isnt cleared up? Do we think BH is lying? Should Flynn make some kind of hostage video confirming he isnt going anywhere and will stay with us forever?

He means how involved Flynn is. Is he here full time or doing one day a week aka Lord Darlington

But do we need to know the ins and outs? If whatever the arrangement is doesn’t work then results will be the proof and both BH and BF will pay with their jobs.

There seems to be an intense level of scrutiny of everything at the moment, understandable in some ways but also OTT at times.

It would be nice to know that all the coaching staff are here full time (as in working with the squad as much as possible when they are training etc) to give us the best possible chance.

The intense scrutiny stems from years of football failure I think.

We get promoted and that level of scrutiny will die off, for a while at least anyway. Until we all get inpatient to get promoted to League One.

Surely it’s not unreasonable to want to know how many days a week Flynn will be here. Trying to get this information is torturous. If they would be up front and give this information there wouldn’t be any need to keep asking.

Let’s work on the basis he is part time 1 day in the week and match days. What would you do with that information? Complain? We don’t know what arrangements will work until we see the results.

Yes I would complain if it’s only 1 day a week Hughes is very inexperienced in football management and needs more help than this.
