The costs mentioned are from the club.
I'd take an educated guess that the Racecourse will be used as the changing facilities for now, as currently happens.

However, I can't ever see the CoE moving their unless a couple of 4g pitches are built which would be a squeeze along with everything else.

Sounds like more in hope than expectation.

We should be training there, simple as that. Find out what it costs and put that as a resolution to vote on, something that actually matters rather than what teabags should be used in the boardroom or whatever it is that they usually vote on.
