Default Druids Reaction (0-4 pre season win)

Sounds a decent workout with hopefully no injuries

It did !
Perhaps not the class of opposition some might wish for , but how often before have preseasons been uninspiring and lacking in goals

Controversial but I thought that was quite good!

Good to see them try and play football.

Redmond and Hooper looked to have a bit about them.

Beaumont looks promising at centre half.

Whisper it quietly and I think we may have enough goals with Hooper, Harris, Grant, McIntosh and Dagnall...

Like the look of Hooper and Redmond, size and pace and well taken goals after some good link up. Rb trialist looked very quick and beat his man a couple times. Noah Daily stood out to me in the second half and Macintosh looked quick. Good first impression all round

Barnum-Bobb and Daley both impressed out of the triallists. Hopefully they’ll both get another run out next week.

Was impressed with Redmond and Hooper too. Looks like a proper striker and I would have thought he’s got to be first choice through the middle this season.

I thought some of the doom mongers on the Live thread were poor today. No hard work just trotting out the same old same old. perhaps they need to enlist someone with a bit of creativity. ;-)

He was there but just dressed casually and not a with the squad. Difference between Fondop last year and Hooper is that Hooper looks like he knows what he’s doing and where he needs to be on the pitch.

Red face Re: Druids Reaction

They looked sharper than the first games against Lex in recent years . Hooper makes good runs and Redmond is clearly a player.

The 17 year old triallist Noah Daley had a great first touch, showed strength and an eye for the pass.

If Dagnall is on trial it’s a definite “no” from me.
