The engineers then have to make it work.
QS's prepare tenders etc.

Would imagine design costs in the £3million bracket.- And that may be a bit light.

That's another hefty increase in our council tax for next 20years.

Maybe we'll get the StadiArena type stand that converts into a multi purpose venue, that was talked about a few years ago

Agree, without any concrete funding plans this is all pie in the sky. We need to get out of non league and start building the club up and get average crowds up further to around a 5 - 6 K average.

We averaged 5,077 last season! If we get promoted we may well need a new stand sooner rather than later, as crowds will only grow.

It would appear that these plans are much bigger than Wrexham AFC. Something is presumably going to happen and the football club is an important stakeholder. I get the sentiment but this club is desperate for positivity. It deserves something good to happen to it.

It does, but getting back to where we belong is the most important thing. I must admit a new stand gives me a slight lob on.

A 5,000 seater stand is a considerable size.

Basically around twice the size of the GUS.

If this news isn't a tad exciting for any Wrexham fan , they're either not Wrexham fans or they're dead
