My position on it is it's better this coming out than nothing, like the majority I will believe it when I see the contractors rolling up on site.

I don't doubt the will is there to do it a decision has to be made one day because the cost of doing it increases year on year.

But as other's have said where's the money coming from to do it.

Talk is cheap it's now time the talkers walked the walk. It should not really have been announced unless the funds were in place.

But if it happens then it is fantastic news.

All parties are committed - what does that mean ?
Someone somewhere has to come up with a significant amount of financing

It’s early days, but hopefully there’s more to it than is being disclosed, which I can understand

As I said in my posts the key missing thing is funding.
Positive posters just so want this to be true and happen yet nothing has been said that indicates its anything other than a set of dreams.
Sceptical posters have seen it before.

As Marathon states - the accountant asks.
Pipe dreams, ambitions, meetings and roll out a set of usual suspects (a film reference before any WST police decide to copy/paste comments and fire them to board members) and it then appears there is actually the basis of a story.

Unless there is actual cash or there has or will be cash available then what will happen?

We all want this to be true but all I can see is another picture that will be long forgotten. In the words of the song - money talks but it dont sing and dance and it dont walk. Is there any walking into this project - well not according to whats been said. The money men dictate anything that takes place, no money then no honey

No-one's said we definitely won't run it. What was said is that they want to make sure the club is happy to run whatever goes there. Along with the obvious money making opportunities, there's bound to be running costs etc.
