Surely the number 1 question has to be what is each player doing to improve their scoring record. Number 2 is are they happy with their scoring record.

Just got back, couldn't make the Q&A unfortunately but watched the open training session and did the tour.

The training session was interesting. Was said after the open session in Portugal, but fair play to Hughes for giving the fans a briefing before everything got started. Really appreciated that touch, he didn't have to do that.

Notes on that:
Oswell looks better in training than he did last season
McIntosh looked sharp - especially in the 1v1 drill they were doing. He'll be a favourite with the younger fans if he can do what he was doing on the pitch.
Fondop looked like he had a bit of a gut. If he is sent on loan, he's really got to knuckle down if he wants any chance of re-signing next season, granted there's little to no chance he'll be offered a new deal.

The tour was really good. Manny Smith was in the trainer's room and it's good to see him doing better. He said he'd been off the antibiotics for about a month now which is excellent news. Hopefully he can get fit and play a role in our season.

Enjoyed the talk with Spencer Harris, too. He gets flack on here (some justified, some not) but I felt he was candid with the plans for the new stand and Wrexham's involvement in the Caramel Wafer Cup. He's a good speaker and is excellent for the club from a business standpoint.

He may have been "candid with the plans", but we do not have any funding!
