I don't mind 5.20 kick offs. 12.30 are the worst in my opinion.

The fees are not great and we don't hear of any efforts/hard negotiation to improve those payments. I suppose it comes down to the value to BT in viewing figures and competition or the lack of, to keep the viewing rights.

Does BT pay a fee to the NL that indirectly benefits all their clubs?
I tried to Google it but couldn't find any information regarding the deal between BT and NL.

We are lucky that BT want to screen the matches at all. Honestly who wants to watch non league football if you are not a fan of the club? Not many people.

Not so long ago, there was no coverage of non-league, so at least we now have something to watch. My grouch is that because of the crowds we get compared to smaller clubs,it could actually cost us money with some fans choosing to stop at home or in the pub to watch a match. A drop of 600 in attendance and the £6000 is gone.

You would be surprised round my neck of the woods, predominanly there are Crewe, Stoke and Vale fans as well as loads of the most loyal/passionate armchair PL supporters, but many comment on NL games. Usually when they see Wxm get beat but hey ho, our time will come.

If you love football, sometimes the level is irrelevant.
