It's difficult to offload a player who is contracted for another 12 months - if he doesn't want to go - and probably for a lesser wage.

Nailed on for another loan, perhaps season long this time - after his brief sub appearance in Portugal he hasn't featured at all and the subject seems to be a closed shop - why is he no longer featuring ? no report of injury. Looks like he is heading for the exit door - sad really as with some commitment and the right attitude he might have come right - but looking like we will never know.

Given the lack of any further signings at the moment - sorry Dixie.

The Fondop situation could be handled financially which I guess is down to him and whether he actually wants to play football.
So using hypothetical figures he gets £900 a week and has 40 weeks of this years contract remaining. Starting at 50/50 so the benefit is the same at what point will he accept a pay off?

£18/18k or then in stages. He moves on but earns less.

There is a point though where its not viable to us depending on how much of his wages we can get. So £250 a week for 40 weeks gives us £10k.

Financially we get back the loan wages so we need some good negotiating on it

Now I am assuming that he wants out and we want him out.
Its then how bitter he is. If he wants his full whack regardless then nothing we can do about it. So money or professional pride!

Using 800 at 52 is still roughly the same

I also think there's an agent causing problems too, he'll be wanting his cut, so he'll be advising Fondop to sit on his contract never mind the damage it may do to his career.
