Clarification.
Coaches are not to stop within 10 miles of an 'away' venue either arriving for the match or post match departures.
Coaches must not arrive earlier than 2 hours prior to the scheduled kick off and no later than one hour prior to kick off.
Same legislation covers the rule where supporters boarding an away travel coach to a designated sporting event are not permitted to take alcohol aboard.
All covered by the Sporting Events Control of Alcohol Act 1985 / Public Order Act 1986.

You only need 1 a day. Its by prescription and a 5mg tablet.
It will make you last longer in betweens peeing but you will pee more when you do go. So it works in both a psychological and physical way - if that makes sense.

It works for me anyway.

it's a strange one - is a lot of it in the mind ?
As you get older the body does change - many a winter's day I travelled into Wrexham for shopping excursions - now you get up have something to eat and perhaps a brew - then drive into the town centre on a cold morning. So far your body has been in a non physical mode - then suddenly you start walking around the town and within half an hour you feel the urge to visit the bog - only there are hardly any left compared to the old days. The one on the car park by WaterWorld is about all the choice left - must actually put off a significant number of older potential shoppers - there again if you don't think about it you perhaps don't need to go as often - the downside is when you do, you have to find somewhere faster than you used to. Human bodies are great when everything works but getting older has it's drawbacks in subjects you never gave a second thought about when you were younger.

Avoid the central line at all costs, like a mobile sweaty sauna during the summer months! No idea why they've rolled air con out to stock on the other lines but not that one!

If you google "London Underground Toilet Map" you can find a useful map showing which tube stations have toilets (quite a lot do).

I agree totally about the Central Line - nightmare at the best of times, worse still in the heat. Northern not much better as well. Most of the others are OK and have air con.
