Why not remove some seats temporary as we dont fill the ground.

Bottom Yale - whats the issue with the catering? Is there just a gate/cage that needs opening? Just asking?

MRS far right seats could be sectioned off and used temporary and then put back if/when we get promoted with the shiny new kop.

Is there an issue with home/away fans sitting together there?

Am I right in assuming that little common ground arose from tonight's meeting and that the Club's plan is the one that will go ahead unchanged?

That's pathetic! Minimum should at least 10 users.

So we have circa 24 home fans with out adequate provision and yet we are building a platform for away fans??

Our board are a joke.

It's called equality my friend and we must look after all supporters that visit our ground but ....our existing wonderful platform is fine and got loads of press but in reality the majority of our disabled supporters will still be left out in the rain.

You are indeed correct sir. I suggest all fans who feel as disgusted as yourself, make their feelings known to the FC and WST boards. Those bodies have clearly shown scant regard for the demands of supporters, their inactivity in this matter since a resounding vote (over a year ago) to compel action, displays this quite clearly. However,we must keep pressuring these people, because without that pressure there will almost certainly be indefinite inertia on their part, regarding this important issue.

We asked the club and WST reps last night (begged actually) to please go away and identify spots for further provision for home fans that is under cover - and inclusive.
We also advised of one fan's very generous offer to fund (alongside 70% matched funding) the building of another platform at the other end of the executive boxes in the MRS. (And we recognised that it might prove difficult with the existing lift and that it would mean the club giving up another box).
We stand ready (again alongside 70% matched funding) to finance another platform.

The meeting was very amicable and we can only await what we hope will be a positive response from the club.

In the meantime we will continue to work our usual match day routines with volunteers in the car park, on the platform and distributing ADC receivers.

And we will continue to back Kerry our fantastic DLO with funding and whatever else we can manage.

I don't think the team you support is covered by the equality act somehow. We obviously accommodate visiting supporters but I think giving them superior accommodation to the home fans is wrong.

And that would be the same if we were talking about non disabled fans.

I am sure all options have been considered already but couldn't the far lower corners of the GUS and the Yale Stand both be converted to disability platform and the relevant access ramps etc be shared in the space between them (where the club want to put the actual platform).
This way away and home fans can share the Yale Stand one and home fans have the added choice of sitting behind the goal
