Who was the young lad in a suit swanning around the Mold road stand with a microphone before half time? Is he a new member of the media team?

Heard the 1864 was shocking yesterday. Food not up to scratch and they ran out of Wrexham Lager.

People will gladly spend money on match day if the product on offer is good but while we are offered crap service I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The Wrexham AFC official Interviews sound on Youtube is terrible. Embarrassing.

If the football on show is good and we look like a team going places I’ll happily drink piss and stare at a broken tele.

Tuesday can’t come quick enough. I predict Hooper to catch them on the break twice and we win 2-0

Yeh, male/female wasn’t qualified.

It was confirmed see post 16. Being polite costs nothing and we should aim for high standards of customer service.

Mr Harris son. Back to the cent though it gets worse every season, the pints were flat, tv's and drink pumps not working and the staff are different every game with some of them getting trained up on match day. Because of this the waiting time is getting longer and longer, it's not worth the wait with what you're getting served with. Surely staff should be trained up before working on a match day, even if it's just learning to pull a proper pint and using the till.

We don't get many opportunities to rake in the coin - it's basically match day once a fortnight or a bit more frequently if we also have a home midweek match.

Football on show will only get us so far - if we can sell food and drink and have high customer satisfaction then the punters will keep flooding back and spending - more cash in the till surely means we have more spending power when we need a striker or other signing in January.

This forum is bursting with problems though - it's like we are not geared up for a match - do any pre match checks take place ? PA system, beer pumps, bird shit on seats - we can't even sort seat stickers out - happy to take money off fans but can't produce a sticker that will stick on a seat - taken in isolation one problem isn't so bad but we seem to have a multitude - my vibes tell me that the majority of staff only come in on match day shortly before kick off - perhaps this is even worse for the first league game after such a long lay off.

Any business that takes money off the paying public be warned - if you treat people like shit it wont take long for them to look elsewhere - the Maesgwyn doesn't seem to have a problem screening televised matches and serving food and drink - perhaps that's why it is so popular.

Think you're missing the point, the cent is a great facility that a league 1/championship club would be proud to have never mind non league. But it's not getting run or used properly, it could quite easily be making a load more money if the right adjustments are made. Every penny counts in having good football to watch and a team going places.
