Patrick and Reid both end their loan periods today, I gather Patrick is leaving and no news on a Reid extension. Both our 1st year pros, Sargent and Thorne, return from their loans today.

Well that was a pretty awful performance. Back to a sole striker up front who, despite his other talents, is not a target man; no wonder he sometimes looks like he can't be bothered.

Lainton was awarded MoM based, I suspect, on a couple of saves but, for me, Lawlor was immense and should have got the award. I was pleased to see Jay Harris get a ten minute run - it was the only ten minutes we looked like we cared. I would be curious to know how much time we spent in our own half of the field, a big number I suspect.

On another note, the stats format has been re-arranged slightly. Thanks to the unprecedented turnover in playing staff, the pdf for players is exceeding the maximum size RP allows (Rob out

). So, I moved "Ins and Outs" to the Manager Stats file - which is probably where it belongs. And I've split Player Stats into two parts. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Only 3 games played and no effect on our position. However, we've reached the time of mathematical can and can't, the first to get a mention being Chorley - they mathematically can't get automatic promotion!

Another good result against one of the top teams.

Of 11 games remaining, 4 are away to top 6 teams and 4 are at home to top 10 teams. Let's hope our success against those guys continues.
