On the back of our first defeat of the season, there is some devastating information out there that will rock the club, an investor, termination of a players contract and some players going out on loan.
Maybe the loss yesterday wasn’t bad after all

According to NLP Grant has kicked out at their keeper.
He clearly has a temperament issue. Completely idiotic at 1-0 up and there is no justification.

Expect customary apology in the Leader this week.

The whole thing is a farce the board should have been replaced a long time ago while they make any football decision we’re stuck here

Stupid decision by Grant but he’s already doubled Rutherford’s tally for the whole of last season. He’s clearly the best attacking footballer we have along with Harris who has really impressed me. Despite his shortcomings let’s not get too bogged down in this incident. He gave the referee a decision to make - there wasn’t a lot of contact and Grant felt the full force of the law.

Hughes now has a decision to make. Do we carry on playing in this new found style or do we go back to the conservative approach from last year?

Agree - just watched the BT Sport Vanarama highlights show - leading the game, the ball in the opposition penalty area and Grant can clearly be seen kicking out or attempting to trip the Dover keeper as he moves towards the edge of the box with the ball in his hands. Why oh why ?

Ref had little option in my view - just plain stupid by Grant and even more stupid that BH in his post match interview is talking about making an appeal - doesn't matter to what degree you kick an opposition player right infront of the ref - it's only going to have one outcome. In the words of Captain Mainwaring ' You stupid boy'.

Actions have let your team mates down and those supporters who made the incredibly long journey down to Dover to support the team.

As it's early days yet I would stick with the trying to score goals theme , entertaining footy is what it's all about , the last three games will tell him the defence needs to be better , but more games gives them more time together and hopefully tighter play .

Only going on the BW highlights I only saw BG a few times yes he managed to score but the other few times were of him trotting about. Then today when we are winning he claims that the keeper elbows him so he sticks his leg into the keeper??? Now if the keeper really elbows him he should be on the floor?? He’s a waste of space and a major liability to our team. Much rather watch Rutherford at least he gives you 100% honest effort even though he’s technically inept in the final 3rd, Grants just a big cheese living off past glories.

Can you imagine Rutherford scoring those goals that Grant did this last week or so ? Nor me. This argument for Rutherford getting game time because he gives 100% etc is really getting tiresome.

It's a huge shame that this has happened in more ways than one as like FOG said, he looked like he had turned a corner.

I see Tollit has yet to play for Blackpool.
