How do you define that Pearson is not mentally weak? Just cos he shouts alot does not mean he is mentally strong!

I am assuming, he’s naturally a leader and the only one who comes across as one and last season dragged us through 1-0 wins.

Pearson is part of the problem of sitting back too deep and last ditch tackles, it's what his game is all about.
