Aye, also teams did not get money for being on TV. All clubs received £740 worth of Strathmore bottled water.

That was when Iru Bru sponsored it - probably even less now. Shocking. Although if we get loads of teacakes I expect full transparency from the club with a view to sharing them out beween all part-owners of the club.

They pay expenses , more if you travel over a border up to about £6000 , last amount i've seen for winning is £17,750 but that was 2016 , amount has increased but I can't find much info on new winnings , it's strangely not that easy to know , sides share gate money .

I think this is probably the right attitude, no point in getting knickers in a twist when it cant be changed. I'd be tempted by a trio to Scotland for it
